Please read these terms before using the app. By downloading, installing or playing Offline Games: Infinite Levels ("the app", "the game"), you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install the app, or uninstall it.
The app is a free collection of offline logic and puzzle games — Sudoku, Zip, Tango, Crown, Sort, Block, Pack and Fruit Drop among them — with:
We may add, change or remove games, levels and features at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, which is higher in some countries). If you are under 18, you may use the app only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases you make.
If you use the app on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the app on devices you control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
The app, its code, its artwork, its level-generation systems and its name remain ours. This licence gives you no ownership of any of it.
You agree not to:
We may suspend your access to online features, remove your leaderboard entries, or reset coins obtained through the conduct above.
Coins are not money. They are a virtual item inside the game with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another player or another device, or redeemed for anything outside the app.
You obtain coins by playing, by claiming daily rewards, by watching rewarded ads, or by buying them. Purchases are processed by Google Play, not by us, and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Refunds are handled by Google Play under its own policy. We cannot process a refund ourselves and can only recommend you contact Google Play support.
Coins live in the app's storage on your device, backed by the leaderboard record where applicable. They are lost if you uninstall the app, clear its data, use Delete My Data, or reset your device, and we cannot restore them. Coins may also be lost through a device fault or a bug. We are not obliged to compensate lost coins, although we may choose to.
We may change coin prices, reward amounts and earn rates at any time, including through remote configuration, without notice. We may discontinue coins or any purchasable item; if we shut the app down entirely, we will give reasonable notice on the Google Play listing where we can.
The app is supported by advertising. Ads come from Google AdMob and are selected by Google, not by us. We do not endorse advertised products and are not responsible for advertisers' content, sites or offers, or for anything you buy from them.
Where the law requires it, the app asks for your advertising consent through a Google-certified consent form, which you can re-open from Settings → Privacy options. Declining personalised ads does not remove ads; it makes them non-personalised.
Rewarded ads grant coins only when the ad is genuinely watched to the point Google reports as complete. A network failure, a closed ad or an ad that fails to load may mean no reward, and that is not a fault we can fix.
The Quick Access bubble uses Android's "display over other apps" permission, which you must grant yourself and can revoke at any time in Android settings. The bubble draws only its own window: it does not read, record or capture the contents of any other app.
You are responsible for using it appropriately. Do not use the app while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything else that requires your attention.
The leaderboard identifies you by a pseudonymous device identifier and the display name you choose. Anything you type as a display name is visible to other players, so do not put personal information in it. We may change or remove names that breach section 4.
Scores may be recalculated, corrected or reset where we detect manipulation or a bug.
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We provide the app on an ongoing but not guaranteed basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the app or any feature, and we may stop supporting older versions or older Android releases. Online features depend on your internet connection and on third-party services we do not control.
You are responsible for your device, your internet connection and any data charges. Some features require a current version of the app from Google Play.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of loss of progress.
Nothing here excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, for consumers in the EEA and the UK, statutory rights that apply regardless of these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, lost coins or lost progress, arising out of your use of the app.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us through in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to online features if you breach these terms. Sections 3, 4, 5, 11, 12 and 15 survive termination.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app or on the Google Play listing before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard by the competent courts of Vietnam.
If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. EEA consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Any claim must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it, except where a longer period is required by law.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the app. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them as part of a transfer of the app.
Apple, Google and other platform operators are not parties to these terms and have no obligation to provide support for the app.
